Shipping policy

We offer shipping all across Canada. BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan are flat rate $15**. Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut are flat rate $20**. Orders will ship via tracked parcel.

**Exceptions may apply for special orders, heavy or bulky items and large quantities of sale priced notions and/or clearance fabric. Customers in remote areas may also require extra shipping charges. Orders with shipping charges that are greater than double the flat rate may require extra shipping charges. In this case we will contact you to arrange further details.

July 12, 2025 - Shipping to the United States is paused. 

We offer shipping to the United States - lower 48 states plus Alaska & Hawaii for flat rate $35CAD**. Please note: Shipments cannot exceed USD $800 in retail value when sent to the USA. ***As of August 29, 2025 the de minimis duty-free treatment on parcels under $800 will be removed on goods from all countries*** ***As of May 2, 2025, the United States ended duty-free de minimis treatment for goods from China and Hong Kong. All goods of Chinese origin imported into the U.S. will be subject to applicable duties and tariffs. Please be aware that all duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged to you on or prior to delivery via your shipping provider.*** Website prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days, and we will send a tracking number by email when your order has been fulfilled.  Orders are processed during store hours Tuesday to Saturday. Processing times may increase during and after store-wide sales. 

*Please note flat rate shipping is not available for case packs.*

Free local pickup is still available during store hours, Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 5pm. If preferred we will bring your order out to you, just ask the staff member at the door. 

Orders not picked up within 6 months of the order date will be returned to stock with no refund given.
